All applications must be completed online. You may complete your application by going to our Apply Online page. A $75 application fee and a $200 administrative fee are due at the time of application.

We begin processing applications only after all requirements have been submitted. An application is complete once each applicant has submitted:

• Their application
• Their guarantor’s application
• The guarantor agreement
• A photo of the student ID
• The application fee
• The move-in fee

Each applicant and their guarantor are required to complete an application.

Yes. All residents are required to have a guarantor/co-signer. The guarantor must submit a guarantor application at the same time the rental application is submitted.

Leases are signed per apartment. All residents sign the same lease and are mutually responsible for the lease terms, though rent may be paid separately.

Leases are 12 months long and begin and end in August.

Yes you may choose your roommates. Make sure you add each other as additional occupants on your application.

Subleasing is not permitted at E Street Flats.

Monthly rent includes Heat, Air Conditioning, Electric, Gas, Water & Sewer.

Heat, Air Conditioning, Electric, Water, & Sewer are included in rent. Trash fee is $10 per resident per month. Technology Fee is $35 per resident per month.

A $200 administrative fee per occupant is due at the time of move-in.

You can pay your rent online using your Tenant Web Access portal, or by downloading the mobile app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Yes! Just log into your Tenant Web Access account and click Make a Payment > Other Amount and type in your portion of rent.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. There is a 5 day grace period. After the 5th of the month, a late fee will occur.

A refrigerator and range are provided.

• Studio: Max 2 occupants
• 1 Bedroom: Max 2 occupants
• 2 Bedroom: Max 4 occupants
• 3 Bedroom: Max 6 occupants*

*$200 per month additional rent applies for each occupant over four.

Parking is available in an unreserved lot surrounding the community. The annual parking permit fee is $150 per resident.

Yes. Complimentary bike storage is available near the building entrance.

Pets are not allowed at E Street Flats.

E Street Flats is a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and on the surrounding grounds.

Yes every occupant must have renters insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided on the day of move in prior to receiving keys.
